I have version 12.0 of Steganos Safe. Every time I open it , I got a box with the update message, when I click to update it says "Certificate expired. Try later". That is for long time already. How do I get the update?

Version 12.0 is very old from what I see on the official website. The latest one is version 17.0. However, the problem with the certificates is nowhere debated which means I recommend reinstalling and then try to upgrade the application. If it's not working this way, then access the following URL and contact the support section: https://www.steganos.com/en/service
